Alex Kelly, Senior Consultant in MERJE’s Customer Contact team, writes about attending the UK Contact Centre Awards 2017 on Tuesday 16th May, where MERJE sponsored the Business Improvement Manager Award.
Last week saw the 21st CCMA UK Contact Centre Awards and the MERJE Customer Contact team were out in force. These awards are some of the most prestigious in the industry and is a celebration of the hard work and achievements of individuals over the last 12 months.
Having been involved with the judging, the team knew the benchmark of talent was extremely high and it was a great opportunity to network with some inspirational characters in areas such as customer experience, operational management and quality assurance.
