Our client is seeking a Client Service Manager to exceed client expectations by adding value beyond the agreed Key Performance Indicators and to build the business by developing the services provided to them.
They are looking for someone to deliver and identify client development opportunities and contribute to strategic plans to grow the client’s business.
Knowledge & Skills
To develop an account plan for each client, which has the potential to extract maximum client revenue in line with agreed annual development targets.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact centre environment involving both client management and operational delivery.
