Our client is seeking a MI Analyst to support the MI & Analytics Team with the development and provision of regular and ad-hoc management information, reports and dashboards relating to Complaint Handling and Quality Assurance.
You will report to the MI & Analytics Reporting Manager and work with a small team of MI Analysts to support both the Operations and Change community.
You will have strong technical and analytical skills and be responsible for reporting, analysis and insight within the team ensuring the information is accurate, timely, fit for purpose and insightful.
You will also build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements, build innovative yet easy to use solutions and provide regular actionable insight and recommendations based on the analysis undertaken.
