David MacDonald, Principal Consultant for Public Practice roles based in our Manchester office, joined a successful attempt at setting a new Guinness World Record for the number of people performing CPR in a day.
Organised by the University of Manchester, in aid of European Restart A Heart Day, the new record saw 900 people trained for CPR then performing chest compressions for one minute in a relay. The total people taking part beat the previous record of 700 people which was set by the American Heart Foundation.
Well done to everyone involved in setting the new CPR relay record and learning the vital technique.
