Sam graduated from Birmingham University in 2001 and commenced her career in recruitment in 2004. After spending 7 years with a LSE listed International consultancy she joined MERJE to work alongside Neil Johns and continue developing her specialist focus across Senior Contact Centre recruitment where she manages both Permanent and Interim assignments.
Specialising mainly in Retail, Travel, Leisure, Hospitality and Gaming sectors, Sam has worked successfully with FTSE250 organisations, SMEs and niche independent businesses both through the UK and Europe.
Her primary focus is Operational Management, Resource Planning, MI, Project/Change Management, Process Improvement and Customer Experience.
