MERJE will be exhibiting at the UK National Contact Centre Conference 2017, taking place at the British Library, London on 8th November.
Organised by our friends at the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), the conference will include speakers from Ipsos MORI, Henley Business School and Moneypenny and this year’s theme is The Connected Customer Revolution.
We are also sponsoring the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2017, organised by the CCMA, on the 28th November. MERJE’s Customer Contact team have been busy assisting with the judging and meeting shortlisted companies.
