We have a vast array of candidates who are able to complete three, six or 12+ month projects on behalf of clients. We maintain an extensive network of individuals – often people who have successfully worked on previous engagements – allowing us to vouch for the candidate’s reliability and quality of work.
We aim for a turnaround within 24 – 48 hours of being briefed about a new vacancy. Interviews will be arranged and managed effectively throughout the entire interview process.
Once an offer has been agreed, we tailor a contract to your requirements, incorporating start date, duration and notice period, in addition to collating the necessary legal documentation from the candidate. A client will only be invoiced for the days the contractor works (or we can agree a fixed fee in advance).
Once a vacancy is identified, one of our consultants will take a detailed brief. This includes background, technical skills and, most importantly, a cultural/personality fit.
We will agree a daily rate to work to, which will incorporate the candidate’s charge rate, employment costs and our fee. This ensures you can budget for the project.
We will conduct a thorough and intensive search of our global database, using industry-leading, web-based advertising software, while utilising our extensive network of contacts for referrals/recommendations.
Once a shortlist of candidates has been identified, detailed CVs will be submitted – typically this will be four to five candidates, although numbers will vary according to the nature of the vacancy. We aim for a turnaround within one week of being briefed.
