MERJE contract placement process
Once a vacancy is identified, one of our consultants will take a detailed brief. This includes background, technical skills and, most importantly, a cultural/personality fit.
We will agree a daily rate to work to,which will incorporate the candidate’s charge rate, employment costs and our fee. This ensures you can budget for the project.
We will conduct a thorough and intensive search of our global database, using industry-leading, web-based advertising software, while utilising our extensive network of contacts for referrals/recommendations.
Once a shortlist of candidates has been identified, detailed CVs will be submitted – numbers will vary according to the nature of the vacancy. We aim for a turnaround within one week of being briefed.
