MERJE is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a high-performing telesales team for a leading UK travel insurance specialist. Salary: £40,000 basic with OTE of £48,000 plus uncapped quarterly bonus (realistic OTE £8,000 per annum)

The Role

As Sales Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of telesales professionals, driving performance and fostering a supportive, high-energy environment.
