The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Oversight Business Partner:

• Manage day-to-day relationships between the company and material outsourcers
• Provide two-way challenge and effective stakeholder management
• Ensure operational governance and MI adherence in line with contracts
• Act as a conduit between the company and strategic suppliers, managing escalations
• Monitor and assess supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs

Required knowledge and experience for the Customer Oversight Business Partner role:

• Experience in third-party supplier relationships within customer service or operational contexts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve escalations effectively
• Deep understanding of Consumer Duty principles and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret MI / performance data to draw actionable insights
