Once again, MERJE is proudly sponsoring the CCMA UK Contact Centre Awards 2018 in London on 15th May 2018.
Taking place at The Brewery in London, it is the longest established awards for the UK contact centre industry and recognises the individuals and teams in our industry who are working to make their contact centres professional and industry leading.

Awards application deadline
Nominations for the UK National Contact Centre Awards close on 23rd February 2018, so be sure to start writing your entries soon.
UK-based contact centres can enter for free by registering on the Awards website at www.ukcontactcentreawards.co.uk.
Select your best people and teams to ensure you get through to the final. Every shortlisted nominee will have a face-to-face interview with the panel of industry leading judges.
Winners will be announced at the Awards gala dinner on 15th May 2018 to be held at The Brewery in London.
