As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's regulatory standards including:
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes affecting the business
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Providing compliance training to staff at all levels
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors
Required knowledge and experience:
- 5-6 years in a broad Compliance preferably in a hedge fund environment
- In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
