As a Consultant, you will be establishing yourself as an expert in your market. You will continue to develop your professional network, while partnering with existing MERJE clients and exploring new business opportunities.
Your day-to-day
•Develop a wide-reaching network of trusted relationships with industry professionals
•Further build your understanding of your market, staying up to date with industry trends, recent news and novel developments, identifying new business generation or marketing opportunities
•Establish your expertise throughout the full recruitment process, including lead generation, sales presentations, terms negotiations, briefing calls, offer management and post-placement care
•Take a consultative approach to candidate and client communication and relationships, offering advice and guidance as well as recruitment services
•Work closely with clients to identify specific and well thought out solutions to their individual needs
•Effectively manage existing client relationships whilst establishing new ones as well
•Begin to develop your commercial awareness and ability to identify leads for other teams, as well as your skills in upselling and cross-selling MERJE’s range of services and areas of expertise
•Begin building your personal value proposition and brand in the market, gradually becoming known as an expert in your field
•Utilise innovative candidate attraction techniques across social media and job boards, including writing engaging job adverts
•Liaise with marketing to create interesting and relevant content for your market to increase exposure for your team
•Maintain high levels of data quality on internal databases
Desired Experience
•2-4 years in compliance recruitment from an agency background
•Experience working with clients within financial services
