MERJE is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for a leading insurance company. The Role

The Customer Experience Lead will spearhead customer experience initiatives, manage complaints, and ensure compliance with Consumer Duty standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CX team in managing specialised insurance complaints
