Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23000- £25000 DOE
Location: Warrington
Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm & 8am-4pm- Option to work from home 3 days per week, once fully trained.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a successful customer service team, providing worldwide customer service and support to customers and sales representatives. You will have a strong administrative background along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls from customer with product/order enquiries
- Outbound calls to customers and sales representatives with order ETA's
- Order entry using an in-house system
- Invoice queries
- Mailbox management
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Providing a high level of customer service
Skills:
- Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
- Proficient with MS Office
- Able to prioritise and organise a busy workload
- Methodical and structured organization skills
- High level of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous Customer Service Experience
