The Role

The GDPR Compliance Project - Discovery Phase role involves leading a comprehensive assessment of the company's current data management practices. This initial 12-week engagement offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's data protection strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile an inventory of all applications, ERP systems, and databases processing personal data
  • Conduct preliminary risk assessments for GDPR compliance across various systems
  • Identify key compliance gaps and areas of concern
  • Develop actionable recommendations for improving data management practices
  • Present findings and next steps to stakeholders

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of GDPR requirements and data protection best practices
  • Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments
