MERJE are delighted to be partnered with a leading Investment, Pensions and Financial Advisory business based in Birmingham.

Due to an internal promotion now have opportunity for someone to join their respected Investments team.

Your role will be to support the Head of Research and Fund Managers by researching a range of UK and international companies as well as investment trusts and collective investment schemes.

You will be expected to provide clear recommendations to the fund managers through written reports, team meetings and group presentations. The role may also include trading in shares and bonds, assisting with treasury operations, administrative support and the production of internal and external reports.

The business operate a relatively flat structure where collaboration is key. Everyone has opportunity to share innovative ideas in an environment that they will be listened to and considered.

Our Client is open to any sector or investment / research experience but you must be willing to become a specialist in a geography, such as the UK or North America for instance.

Salary is £55-75,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits with excellent progression opportunities available to Senior Analyst (or) Fund Manager.

Our Ideal candidate will be min CFA 2 qualified and have 3+ years experience as an Equities or Investment Analyst
