Savings Operations Analyst

My client is looking for a Savings Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategy and success of the company’s retail deposit products.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of third-party suppliers and deposit aggregators
• Developing detailed operational and customer MI, as well as competitor data to help shape pricing positions
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand the end-to-end customer journey across various touchpoints
• Creating comprehensive proposals for improving the customer experience, addressing pain points, and enhancing satisfaction at each stage of the customer journey
• Regularly updating pricing databases and maintaining accurate records of competitor pricing information

Knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to deposit products is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data
