We are glad to announce that Andrew Varty was recently promoted to Managing Consultant for the Finance & Audit team. Andrew has 20 years recruitment experience and has been at MERJE since 2013. In his new role, Andrew will oversee the team in both offices to provide a high-quality service across the UK in multiple sectors focusing on Permanent and Contract senior Finance, Audit and Public Practice roles.
We are also happy to welcome Mike Suliks to our London office. Mike has joined the Compliance team, specialising in the Banking and Financial Services sectors. Originally from Eastern Europe, Mike has an MSc in Banking & Finance from Queen Mary University and has moved from one of the UK’s largest recruitment agencies to become a key member of our team of Compliance market experts.
Joining Andrew in developing their career at MERJE, Paul Clayton in Manchester’s Compliance & Risk team has become a Senior Consultant after joining in 2014 as a Resourcer and has had great success with fulfilling the recruitment needs of key Clients. Natasha Copitch from our Customer Contact team, following a move from the Manchester office to our London office, has been promoted to Senior Resourcer after consistently showing her expertise working with Candidates on finding their next Mid-Senior role.
