I've recruited in the contact centre, operations and business change arenas for over 15 years. I have managed volume projects as well as specialist roles up to and including senior management posts. I enjoy building lasting relationships with clients and providing an honest approach to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. I pride myself in delivering a great candidate experience and outstanding client service.
In my spare time, I'm surrounded by three females at home - my wife and two daughters - which is a challenge in itself. The second job of taxi driver and family chef/general dogsbody kicks in before and after work each day.
Why MERJE?
The people are fantastic and the trusted approach to work really suits me. The senior management team are very hands on and lead by example, which is great. I feel really connected to the business and part of the team despite being a couple of hundred miles away from the Manchester office!
Loves & Loathes
I love family time, holidays, and having a nice meal and a few beers. I also partake in a bit of football, golf and running to blow away the cobwebs.
I loathe bad grammar, rude people, and keyboard warriors.
