Salary – £22500 (uncapped OTE, achievable £40k in first year)

Start Dates- March/April 2022

Shifts – 40hpw Monday – Friday between 9am and 9pm, with unlimited overtime available on Saturdays, paid at time and a half.

(You must be flexible between these times)

We are looking for brilliant Sales Agents in Rotherham.

Don’t worry… you don’t need to have a sales background, as we hire on attitude, passion and the desire to succeed. In fact, some of our best sales agents have come from a customer service background and you will receive a great training package, with on-going support to help you be the best Sales Agent you can be.

You will be given very warm leads to call, as your customers will have already identified that they want to save money and have requested you to call them back. Your job is to discuss their options and help them make the right choice.

This sales job is very much a “sale through service” job. Many of our best sales agents have come from a customer service job previously. We offer an excellent basic salary along with a realistic and achievable bonus structure, which is uncapped. You will earn bonus every month, how much you earn depends on how many sales you get through every day – remember, this is not a difficult sales job as the customer is interested in the product, it’s the service you provide and the information you share with them that will determine if you get the sale! You will be given all the tools, training and support you need to do the best job you can, it’s up to you to practise what you have learned in training with customers over the phone.
