The Role
As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering an annual training programme, focusing on UK focused general insurance and professional skills development. You will:

✅ Deliver live and blended virtual training via Microsoft Teams and the Development Zone LMS.
✅ Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and online resources.
✅ Work with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality technical training.
✅ Monitor learner engagement, gather feedback, and refine training programmes.
✅ Occasionally travel to deliver in-person sessions or attend team meetings.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Essential:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical training delivery.
• Strong digital skills and experience using online learning platforms.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of insurance.

✔ Desirable:

• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with FCA CPD regulations.
• Previous experience working with an LMS.
• Relevant qualifications in learning and development or training delivery.
