This company is Europe’s largest manager of holiday rental properties, operating over 25 consumer brands across 25 countries. With a focus on delighting owners and guests, they manage 110,000 units in over 600 destinations, specialising in holiday parks and lettings.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll be responsible for recruiting new holiday homeowners in the Peak District area. This role offers a competitive salary, travel discounts, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment within the exciting travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new holiday homeowners to join the company’s portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and third-party suppliers
• Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Required knowledge and experience:

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales or business development
• Knowledge of the UK holiday sector (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and stakeholder management
• Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel regularly
