MERJE is seeking a skilled Transformation Manager for a leading insurance company. This role offers a unique chance to drive the successful execution and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business. The Role

As a Transformation Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing BPA transitions, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness. This position offers competitive remuneration and the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing field.

Key Responsibilities of the Transformation Manager:

• Support the Head of BPA Transition in executing and onboarding Bulk Purchase Annuity business
• Build and drive project plans for buy-in executions and transitions to buy-out
• Manage operational relationships with EBCs, Trustees, and ceding administrators
• Ensure operational readiness for each new transition
• Support the preparation of contractual and individual policy documents

Required knowledge and experience for the Transformation Manager role:

• Extensive experience in the BPA market and transition processes
• Strong project management skills and client relationship management
• Excellent knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions
• Proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
