Compliance Systems Manager – Intapp Specialist

We are working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Compliance Systems Manager to lead its Intapp platform and related compliance tooling. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how the firm manages client onboarding, conflicts, and information-barrier compliance during a major systems transformation.

The Role

As Compliance Systems Manager, you’ll support the Head of New Business Intake, taking ownership of the firm’s Intapp ecosystem — especially Intake, Walls and other integrated platforms. This is a hands-on role: you’ll act as the compliance subject-matter expert for Intapp, collaborating across Compliance, IT, Finance Systems and external vendors to ensure the firm’s systems evolve and remain fit-for-purpose from a regulatory and business perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop and maintain Intapp Intake (client/matter onboarding workflows, risk/AML scoring, routing) Intapp+2SoftwareOne+2

  • Configure and manage Intapp Walls (ethical walls/access controls across systems, audit trail) Intapp+1

  • Lead system design workshops, UAT, roll-outs and post-implementation reviews

  • Support data extraction, reporting and analytics (Intapp Intake reporting features, MS Reporting Services)

  • Provide training, manuals and guidance on new system functionality and compliance processes

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and drive enhancements

  • Act as Compliance’s representative in project meetings and vendor engagements

  • Promote continuous improvement in compliance processes across client onboarding, conflicts management, information barriers

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a compliance or business acceptance function (law firm or professional services preferred)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts modules; exposure to Intapp Walls or other modules advantageous

  • Proven knowledge of AML/client due diligence, sanctions screening and client onboarding workflows

  • Strong IT proficiency, especially with system configuration, data extraction and analysis

  • Track record of participating in system improvement or change projects

  • Comfortable training users and supporting new process roll-outs

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working under pressure
