  • Review and advise on business materials including FCA training, marketing material, PR copy, scripts, and standard terms.
  • Lead second-line reviews of escalated customer complaints, including drafting responses to FOS where required.
  • Conduct lessons learned exercises with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely and effective regulatory advice to support key business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulators.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an FCA-regulated role; broader compliance experience within financial services is a plus.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with CONC, ICOBS, SYSC, CASS, PROD, DISP, Consumer Duty, and third-party risk oversight.
  • Commercial awareness: Ability to balance regulatory obligations with business priorities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical mindset, ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements, proactive problem-solver.
  • Personal attributes: Team player, self-motivated, curious, driven to continually improve compliance frameworks, professional gravitas to influence across the business.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence the compliance agenda, and work closely with an experienced team in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
