The Role

The Group Treasury Accounting Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team, ensuring accurate financial and regulatory reporting for treasury instruments. This role offers the chance to work with complex financial products and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Group Treasury Accounting Senior Manager:

• Lead and develop the Group Treasury Accounting team
• Oversee monthly hedge accounting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Manage regulatory reporting and stay abreast of regulatory developments
• Oversee the Equity Release portfolio, including fair value assessments and risk management
• Maintain a strong control environment within team processes

Required knowledge and experience for the Group Treasury Accounting Senior Manager role:

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Advanced knowledge of derivatives accounting and treasury activities
• Experience in financial services accounting and regulatory reporting
