We’re looking for a highly organised Compliance Officer to join a fast-growing, dynamic digital media and technology business based in Cheshire. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to provide regulatory advice, support business initiatives, and help shape compliance processes across a rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pragmatic, timely regulatory guidance to the business.

• Review and approve financial promotions and product launches.

• Support the development and execution of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.

• Assist with compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.

• Provide input on business change projects from a regulatory perspective.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of consumer finance regulations (e.g., mortgages, personal loans, car finance).

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on regulatory experience, ideally including reviewing financial promotions.

• Proven ability to advise teams on regulatory standards and monitor compliance.

• Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport quickly.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage projects to completion.
