An established and highly regarded independent wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Financial Planner to join its growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit an existing client bank (£9m–£14.5m AUA) while also having the flexibility to shape the role around your strengths – whether that’s relationship management or business development.
The Opportunity

Clients
You will work with a diverse client base including business owners, professionals and high-net-worth individuals, as well as younger clients at earlier stages of their financial journey. The firm takes a long-term, relationship-led approach and does not operate rigid minimum thresholds.
The Role
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection
- Manage and develop ongoing client relationships
- Conduct suitability reports, cashflow modelling and advice delivery
- Identify and support new business opportunities where appropriate
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning role
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
Package
- Competitive Basic salary dependant on experience and qualifications

This is a predominantly office-based role to support collaboration and development, with some flexibility for home working.
