Prudential Risk Manager

A bank is hiring a Prudential Risk Manager to take ownership of its prudential risk function, working closely with treasury & senior leadership, with quick progression. 

The Role

You’ll own the ICAAP and recovery & resolution plan, partner with the treasury team on the ILAAP, and provide second-line oversight of solvency, risk and regulatory returns, while advising the business on prudential matters such as capital treatment of loan assets.

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory or prudential risk
• Working knowledge of ICAAP and related regulatory capital frameworks
• Experience within a PRA-regulated banking environment
• Knowledge of key risks facing a bank
• Background interpreting regulatory guidance 
• Running regulatory reporting and contributing to formal documentation
• Strong written skills, able to produce and present to senior stakeholders
• Proactive risk manager able to work autonomously and drive risk culture
