These days, being a Good business is about more than just doing the bare minimum. It's about giving back, adding value to society and having a positive impact on the world. That's why we're taking steps to make sure that we continue to evolve as a Good Business in every area of our operation.
Here's what we're doing so far:
Good Business Charter Accredited
We are proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter. This means we're being held accountable for our commitment to 10 key business operation components, including:
Paying a living wage, creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, acting with our environmental impact in mind, and being open to feedback and opportunities to improve our business.
City of Trees corporate Partner
City of Trees plant trees, look after trees, and promote a culture of trees across Greater Manchester to create better, greener places; to boost health and wellbeing; to enhance green skills; and to tackle the climate and biodiversity emergency.
We're committed to supporting the charity and improving our environmental impact through our 100 Trees Club membership and our pledge to plant a tree for every review we receive. Read more here.
disability confident committed employer
Being a Disability Confident Committed Employer means striving to remove barriers, increase understanding and ensure that disabled people have every opportunity to fulfil their potential.
FSQS Registered, Hellios
As part of our ongoing commitment to our Financial Services clients, we have been accredited by Hellios as an FSQS registered supplier.
The FSQS accreditation indicates a successful audit process and demonstrates a supplier's compliance with a standardised methodology which allows FSQS Buyer organisations to access our information.
Menopause in the Workplace
Every woman will experience the menopause in their lifetime, and the symptoms can greatly affect day-to-day life.
That's why we're doing what we can to support our colleagues who are affected by the menopause, including having open, honest conversations, signing the Wellbeing of Women pledge, and having our workplace representative, Ellie Sykes, attend specialist training courses.
EcoVadis Bronze medal csr rating
EcoVadis Sustainability Scores assess the sustainability rating of companies across four themes (Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement). We're proud to have achieved a bronze medal, placing our business among the top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
