I’ve recruited in the contact centre, operations and business change arenas for over 15 years. I have managed volume projects as well as specialist roles up to and including senior management posts. I enjoy building lasting relationships with clients and providing an honest approach to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. I pride myself in delivering a great candidate experience and outstanding client service.

In my spare time, I’m surrounded by three females at home – my wife and two daughters – which is a challenge in itself. The second job of taxi driver and family chef/general dogsbody kicks in before and after work each day.

The people are fantastic and the trusted approach to work really suits me. The senior management team are very hands on and lead by example, which is great. I feel really connected to the business and part of the team despite being a couple of hundred miles away from the Manchester office!

I love family time, holidays, and having a nice meal and a few beers. I also partake in a bit of football, golf and running to blow away the cobwebs.

I’ve recruited mid-senior and C-suite level roles in contact centres, operations and business change for over 15 years. I truly enjoy working with businesses that share the same ethics as myself and work best when they value my brand as much as I looks after theirs.

In my spare time, I’ll have to confess that I’m ageing rapidly at home on account of my two young children and a boisterous sausage dog. Thankfully, I have a lovely wife who understands that I’m not miserable, just droll.

Why MERJE?

It’s all about the people. I left a comfortable role to join MERJE at a time where it could have been perceived as a risk. The owners’ ethics and shared values meant is really never was.

I work within the Customer Contact team, where I really gets to know candidates, their skills and their ambitions, and then uses these insights to find them the perfect job. I am driven by my commitment to ensuring that every individual I work with is more than satisfied with the service provided.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, particularly to do HiiT classes to get myself pumped. I also love going out with friends for drinks and dinner and is always looking for my next holiday.
