“What an interesting day at the Sabio Distrupted Customer Contact event. It was great to see the emerging technologies in the market, including Artificial Intelligent chat agents that learn from humans to touchscreen fully customisable handsets from Avaya for agents.
There was definitely some interesting learns from the day and some real food for thought for a lot of my clients.”
