Edward picked ‘Professionalism‘, ‘Attention to detail‘ and ‘Relationship management‘ as key attributes that are in the DNA of a good recruiter. These characteristics enable a recruiter to balance the interests of their Clients, Candidates and the organisation they work for to satisfy the needs of all involved in the recruitment process.
