The CCMA UK National Contact Centre Awardswill be taking place on Tuesday 14th May at The Brewery in London.
Once again, we are a proud sponsor of the gala dinner, which is in its 24th year and recognises those individuals and teams in the Contact Center industry who are role models and are working to make their Contact Centres professional and industry leading.
