Organised by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), the longest running and largest awards in the UK are now in their 26th year of recognising the leading individuals and teams within the contact centre industry.
Winners will be announced on Monday 27 September 2021 at a lavish live Awards Dinner at The Brewery, London, including the lucky company that will be taking home the 'Most Effective Recruitment Initiative' award, which MERJE is sponsoring.
The finalists for the 'Most Effective Recruitment Initiative' award include Aegon, BGL Group, Concentrix and THG.
As experts in the recruitment of contact centre professionals, some of our Customer Contact and Front-Line Talent team members will be in attendance and are looking forward to recognising the fantastic talent within the industry.
Keep your eyes peeled for Connor Partridge, Lucy Waddock and Sammie Brierley, who will all be representing MERJE on the night, as well as Sally Cordwell who will be presenting the award for 'Most Effective Recruitment Initiative' to the deserving winners.
