Our second addition to the MERJE team in 2022 comes in the form of Jo Sanderson. Jo joins the formidable Front-Line Talent team in a time of significant activity levels within their market and we're sure that her extensive background in customer service and building relationships will prove as valuable additions to the FLT offering.
The Front-Line Talent discipline was created a few years ago with the introduction of Sally Cordwell to the business. Sally's career has focused on entry- to team manager level positions across contact centre and operations and she was more than excited to take on the challenge of building a team from scratch to support her.
Ably led by Sally, the area has gone from strength-to-strength and now comprises of a senior consultant and three resourcers, with Jo being the latest addition in her consultant role. The team specialises in single, multiple and volume campaigns for the likes of customer service representatives, sales agents, administrators, collections officers, telesales executives and more, on both temporary and permanent contracts, throughout the UK.
