MERJE is seeking an experienced Operations Oversight Manager for a leading investment management firm. The Role

The Operations Oversight Manager position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team responsible for overseeing critical Transfer Agency services. This role involves managing key processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence within the company’s outsourced operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Operations Oversight & Control team, overseeing Transfer Agency activities
• Ensure compliance with CASS regulations and oversee complaint handling processes
• Prepare regulatory returns and maintain oversight of retail client AML & KYC documentation
• Support project and change initiatives, including fund changes and client transitions
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party administrators and suppliers

Required knowledge and experience:

• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Extensive technical knowledge of investment instruments, fund types, and products
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory environments and CASS regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience in producing management information and regular reporting
