A leading Commodities Broker in London is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the compliance specialist on complex regulatory implementations (e.g., MiFIR/EMIR reporting).

Oversee and guide the compliance monitoring plan.

Provide timely front-office compliance advice on trading and regulatory matters.

Lead compliance training, including SMCR certification and KYC policy updates.

Maintain and refine compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of commodities derivatives markets (base metal).

In-depth understanding of LME regulatory requirements.

Experience with OTC commodities and FX markets.

Expertise in EMIR, MiFID II, SMCR, IFPR, and Dodd-Frank.

Practical application of FCA regulations, including COBS, SYSC, MAR, and SUP
