Senior Operational Resilience Manager

We’re working with a forward-thinking financial services organisation that’s looking for a Senior Operational Resilience Manager to lead the development and ongoing delivery of their enterprise-wide resilience strategy. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, focused on ensuring critical services can withstand disruption and continue delivering for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience Framework.
• Design, coordinate, and govern scenario testing and resilience exercises across Important Business Services (IBS).
• Oversee the assessment and validation of impact tolerances, aligning with FCA/PRA regulatory expectations.
• Partner with SMEs and senior leaders to map critical dependencies—across people, tech, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Drive governance, tracking, and escalation of remediation activity.
• Provide assurance and contribute to internal governance and regulatory submissions.
• Embed tools, methodologies, and best practice across the business to uplift resilience maturity and capability.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years’ experience in Operational Resilience, ideally within financial services.
• Deep understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading scenario testing and operational resilience exercises.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with strong influencing skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project delivery skills.
