The Role
As the Fraud Strategy Lead, you’ll manage a team of highly skilled professionals, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to shape fraud prevention strategies and contribute to the company’s growth in a rapidly evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Fraud Strategy Lead:
- Lead and manage the Transactional Fraud Strategy Team
- Liaise with key stakeholders to meet internal and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and industry bodies, attend relevant events
- Collaborate with various teams to embed fraud prevention measures in products and services
- Provide regular reporting on fraud & financial crime KPIs and trends
- Implement and maintain fraud prevention strategies and systems
Required knowledge and experience for the Fraud Strategy Lead role:
- 5+ years of experience in fraud & financial crime, with a focus on transactional fraud strategy
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in fraud & financial crime typologies
- Proficiency in SQL and analytical skills and utilising effective analytics to drive fraud strategy
- Knowledge of 3DS
