MERJE are supporting a General Insurer who are rapidly growing with a significant hire of a Pricing And Portfolio Lead/Manager. 

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing pricing strategies, project portfolio management, and enhancing overall profitability. Working alongside Actuarial and Technical Pricing, you will be integral in communicating the Portfolio Strategy the business wants to strive for. 

Qualifications and requirements

• General Insurance Pricing and Portfolio experience
• Actuarial Qualification is useful, but not essential
• Effective stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to mentor/manage and lead people, even when not in the office.
