The Role

The BPA Transition Manager will play a crucial role in executing and onboarding bulk purchase annuity business. This position offers the chance to work with industry leaders, manage high-profile projects, and contribute to the company’s success in the competitive BPA market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of BPA Transition in executing and onboarding bulk purchase annuity business
• Build and drive project plans for buy-in executions and transitions to buy-out
• Manage operational relationships with EBCs, Trustees, and ceding administrators
• Ensure operational readiness for new transitions
• Support the preparation of contractual and individual policy documents

Required knowledge and experience:

• Extensive experience in the BPA market and transition processes
• Strong project management skills and client relationship management
• Excellent knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and the BPA market
• Proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
