The Role

The Executive Associate to the Group Chairman role is a hands-on, high-trust position focused on delivery, problem-solving, and impact. This role involves significant travel across West Africa and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on critical cross-business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Associate to the Group Chairman:

• Drive priority initiatives across existing companies and divisions
• Lead cross-business projects spanning operations, commercial, supply chain, finance, and organisation
• Prepare high-quality materials for board, shareholder, and senior leadership discussions
• Represent the Chairman in key projects and cross-division initiatives
• Work closely with management teams to unblock issues and accelerate progress on critical initiatives

Required knowledge and experience for the Executive Associate to the Group Chairman role:

• MBA from a reputable institution
• 5-8 years of post-MBA experience
• Background in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple businesses and stakeholders
