Sponsored by MERJE and organised by the Customer Contact Management Association, the award ceremony is taking place on the 15thof May and will recognise the leading individuals and organisations that have shown the ability to shape and evolve the customer contact market. Awards includeContact Centre Manager of the Year, Webchat Team of the Year and Team Manager of the Year.
