MERJE’s Finance & Audit team has recently welcomed Sam Hood to provide recruitment services to Accountancy Practices in the North West.
Sam is an experienced recruitment professional with hands on experience working in Accountancy and Finance, keen to deliver a high standard of service to both Candidates and Clients. Throughout his time in recruitment he has concentrated on Practices in Lancashire and North Manchester as an area. During this period, he has built up excellent Candidate relationships, as well as an extensive Client network within the Practice market.
Having started his career in recruitment working on Transactional Finance roles, Sam then moved into recruiting roles within Accountancy Practices. Having recruited from entry-level roles up to partner-level, Sam has built up excellent local knowledge of Practices, ranging from local, independent firms to the ‘Big Four’.
Sam now covers all roles with Practices, from graduate-level all the way up to partner, from part-qualified to qualified Accountants across all disciplines including Tax, Audit, Accounts Preparation, Corporate Finance and everything in between.
