The year may be winding to a close but our growth plans certainly aren't! At the beginning of 2021, we set out to increase our headcount substantially and we've certainly done that with the addition of 12 new team members.

Our latest recruit, Benn Pople, has been making waves in the Risk recruitment market for some time now. He started his recruitment career back in 1999 before founding one of the UK’s first specialist risk recruitment businesses in 2003.

Benn's understanding of the technical and specialist skill sets of Risk professionals, such as Basel, IFRS, risk control frameworks, policies and more, is unparalleled and adds a fantastic boost to MERJE's already established Risk Management recruitment offering.

Benn has joined MERJE to lead our risk talent proposition for London and the South East, taking it to new levels as we partner with retail banks, investment banks, wealth management firms, fintechs, start-ups and many more innovative and market-leading businesses across the Financial Services industry to support their hiring strategies.
