We recently celebrated celebrating Natasha Goldstone‘s 10 year MERJE anniversary! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Tash has been a reliable constant in the MERJE Operations team over the years, building a vast network of operations, business change, and transformation professionals.

Her candidate researching abilities know no bounds and she is regularly top of the leaderboard, consistently winning vouchers and incentives πŸ™Œ

Ably supporting Neil Johns and Barry McDonald in pairing the best professionals with businesses across the UK, we’re delighted to have Tash on the team!

Here’s a quick catch up with the woman herself…

Funniest MERJE moment

Our team socials are always a laugh – too many funny moments to choose from!

Biggest lesson you’ve learned

It’s about the people you work with, they’re what make the work itself enjoyable.

Favourite MERJE social

The trip to Barcelona a few years ago is a big highlight!

Something you’re most proud of from your MERJE time

How I handled the Covid era – the craziness of switching between office and remote working, along with switching between London and Manchester offices, all whilst still hitting all my targets throughout. Also this year, expanding my remit – covering a wider range of operations, claims, transformation, and customer contact roles and working with five consultants. It’s been a learning curve but I’m proud to have adapted so well.

What are you hoping to achieve in your MERJE future?

I’ve hit the 10 year mark, why not 20!! And of course, still topping the leaderboard every month 😊😜

What’s the latest in your market?

As with many sectors, it’s been quiet as businesses pause recruitment plans amidst market uncertainty. But we’re seeing positive signs and a cautious increase in vacancies. So hopefully, by the end of 2025, we’ll have had plenty more jobs to work on and another good year to report on!
