The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and price a variety of risks, ensuring alignment with underwriting standards and risk appetite
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in underwriting decisions
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Contribute to policy development and review
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards

Required knowledge and experience:

• Solid underwriting experience, preferably in the SME insurance market
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting guidelines
• Adaptability and commitment to high standards
