The Role: As Country Manager, you will lead regional performance, set up local offices, and drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Country Manager:

Lead execution of strategic initiatives and own business KPIs

Recruit and develop high-performing teams

Collaborate with HQ and global offices to ensure seamless market rollout

Required knowledge and experience for the Country Manager role:

7+ years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, fintech, or high-growth startups
Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry
Proven ability to manage P&L and scale operations
Strong leadership skills and experience building teams
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
